About Construction Rental Inc.
With three equipment rental store locations in Salina KS, Kearney NE, and Grand Island NE, Construction Rental, Inc. has been in the rental equipment business since 1962. It was originally called Crane Rental, Inc. In 1987, the company's cranes were sold, and since then the company has focused on smaller construction related equipment. The original store is in Salina, KS. In 1972, a store was opened in Grand Island, NE, and a third store opened in Kearney, NE in 1990.
Although the nature of our equipment rental business has changed somewhat, our overriding purpose has not: to provide the contractor with reliable, well maintained rental equipment, and to provide tools and supplies for sale that are used in the construction trade. We handle a wide range of equipment rental and sales that cover the construction field, but also cater to do-it-yourselfers and even the convention industry. Some of our more popular equipment rental & sales categories include:
- Air compressors rentals
- Backhoe rentals
- Blades and abrasives sales
- Compaction equipment rentals
- Lift rentals and scaffolding
- Pump rentals
- Generator rentals
- Skid steer rentals
- Trailer rentals
- Milwaukee power tools sales
- Stihl tools and chain saw sales
- Lawn and garden equipment rentals
- Booth rentals and backdrop rentals for conventions
We can handle just about anything you might need for your upcoming project!
Since 1992, we also have placed an emphasis on our sales inventory, and especially on those items that are hard to find or not readily found at the "big box" stores. We have also developed an extensive network of suppliers that can quickly provide items not stocked on a regular basis. As an added service to the contractor, we have shops in each location that are equipped to service and repair all types of construction equipment. And we will pick up and deliver the equipment to be repaired.
Construction Rental, Inc. has been built on the principles of quality rental equipment and excellent service to the construction industry. We view our relationship with the contractor as a partnership that will carry on to the next generation!
